Although we do not like to think about it, death is one of the few certainties in life. Making a will is very important as it will allows you to decide exactly who will receive your assets and the peace of mind knowing that your loved ones are provided for. A will also avoids unnecessary disputes that unfortunately often arise in families following the death of a loved one. If a person dies without making a will, the law will dictate how your Estate is distributed. Often this distribution is not what you would have intended and this process can be expensive and stressful in an already testing time.
